Specialist Advocacy Staffing Support You Can Rely On
Flexible, professional advocacy cover for health and social care providers, ensuring continuity, quality, and compliance when it matters most.
Who We Support
We work across health, social care, and legal settings, supporting:
-
Advocacy providers - with flexible staffing cover during sickness, vacancies, and increased demand
-
Local authorities, solicitors and the Court of Protection - through independent statutory and non statutory advocacy.
-
Individuals and families - who need clear, professional advice or advocacy support and evidence based reports.
Independent Advocacy Staffing You Can Rely On
We are not a traditional recruitment agency. We act as a specialist advocacy staffing partner, working alongside providers to supply experienced advocates who can step in and deliver when needed.
Our role is not just to fill gaps, but to maintain the quality, consistency, and integrity of advocacy services.
We provide flexible advocacy staffing to support continuity of service, including:
-
Sickness and emergency cover
-
Short-term and urgent placements
-
Vacancy and recruitment gaps
-
Increased or fluctuating demand
While most work is delivered on a flexible, spot-purchase basis, we can also support longer-term placements where services require stability and consistency.

As an Independent Advocate, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting people who may be deprived of their liberty or facing other complex care situations. You’ll help them understand what’s happening, express their views, and have a say in decisions that affect their lives. Your work ensures their rights are protected, their voice is heard, and their dignity is always respected.
This role requires empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills, as you navigate complex care and legal frameworks on behalf of vulnerable adults. You’ll also stay up to date with safeguarding, legislation, and professional standards to provide safe, reliable, and effective support.
If you’re passionate about protecting human rights, committed to empowering others, and motivated by making a real difference, being an Independent Advocate could be the perfect role for you.
Court of Protection, Legal & Statutory Advocacy Referrals
We provide independent advocacy support in Court of Protection proceedings and related legal or statutory contexts, including referrals from local authorities and solicitors.
While advocacy providers covering the relevant area should usually be the first point of contact, we also accept direct instructions from local authorities, solicitors, and the Court of Protection where appropriate.
Our qualified advocates support individuals to understand proceedings, express their views, and ensure their rights and wishes are clearly represented throughout the process. We can also support families in understanding the roles they may play within proceedings.
This service is focused on advocacy support only. We do not act as a Litigation Friend.
